It is important for us to emphasize that we are not responsible for any breach of contract resulting from the actions of our primary suppliers, whether intentional or unintentional, that may cause loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your group members, or travel companions. In case a primary supplier fails to provide the service for which you and/or your group members have made a payment, the defaulting supplier will be solely responsible for providing a refund, either from insurance covering such defaults or from other responsible third parties, unless the default was caused by FareOsky.
We would like to clarify that we do not guarantee the rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects by our primary suppliers, unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically noted on your invoice, itinerary, or tickets.
Our primary suppliers will not be responsible or liable for any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances or situations beyond their control, including construction or mechanical failures or difficulties, diseases, terrorist activities, local laws and promulgations, adverse climatic conditions, criminal acts, or abnormal developments or conditions, or any other omissions or actions.
You and/or your group members are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other entry requirements, as well as vaccinations, and for ensuring safety and security conditions at each destination during the proposed travel duration. FareOsky and our primary suppliers cannot be held responsible for these matters.
We strongly advise that you and/or your group members stay informed about timely inputs and information from the Travel Advisory Section of the Canada Department of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Public Health Agency of Canada for information on medical requirements or emergencies.
It is essential to acknowledge that you and/or your group members are accountable for all risks involved during the travel duration, whether expected or unexpected. We strongly recommend that you purchase a suitable travel insurance policy that adequately covers and protects against such risks.
By retaining bookings, reservations, or tickets issued by FareOsky, you agree to our terms and conditions. We also expect that you will convey these terms to your group members, if any.
