FareOSky is a leading online travel agency that always brings cheaper air-fares for its customers. We offer visitors to book their flight reservations on our website with some specific terms and conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation on FareOsky.com. You must agree to the terms and conditions mentioned on our website. We advise you to get back if you do not agree to our terms and conditions. You are also agreed that FareOsky can change its terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

Bookings

You must provide accurate personal and billing data when making a booking with us. Flight date, origin and destination airports and other personal information must be accurate while making flight reservations on our website. We always bring the cheap air fare for our customers, however, it depends on the availability at that point in time when you are requesting it. Baggage policy varies from airline to airline. You will have to pay extra if it is required by the airlines you are making a reservation with. We advise you to read the baggage policy of those airlines before making flight reservations.

Payment

You will have to pay the full amount at the time of completion of booking. No partial payment is allowed. Air fare, taxes, and all other charges that may be required as per the airlines and government rules are to be paid at the same time.

Flight Cancellation, Exchange and Refunds

We provide both refundable and non-refundable flights on our website. Refundable flights are cancelled and eligible for refunds as per the airline’s policies. However, some airlines offer refunds for non-refundable flights as well. You can get refunds against any cancelation. You can use the credit amount for future travel with the same airline within the valid date. For additional information, you must contact the specific airline.

Flight tickets for which cancellation is allowed; you must send the cancellation request to our customer service department before the flight departure. However, we do not provide any guarantee of booking cancellation and refund. It all depends on the airlines whether they accept cancellation and give refunds against the cancellations. You must place a flight cancelation request within 24 hours of booking to get a refund in most cases.

Please note that we are not responsible for any flight ticket changes which are not in our control. It all depends on airlines rules and their cancellation policies. All cancellation and refund requests will be entertained only if the airline’s rule does allow us to do so. Since refund of fares is not in our control, the airline takes time to settle a refund request. We will not guarantee you any specific timeline for the refund or settlement. After accepting your refund request, the supplier may charge a penalty and will refund the rest amount if applicable. We FareOsky.com may also charge an applicable post-ticketing service fee.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. Please be advised that our website is a platform to provide you the best air fares, hotel and car rentals, bus booking and train reservations only. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Disputes

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We deliver excellent customer service to all our customers. We respond immediately in case of any dispute that may arise and try our best to solve it to the satisfactory level of the customers. However, we fail to satisfy you in case of any dispute, you may pursue claims with these terms and conditions:

By seeking relief through mediation and by seeking relief in small claims court

We will try to resolve all claim issues through mediation instead of a court, except the claim is asserted by you on an individual basis in court for small claims provided they are eligible for the same. This includes any claim asserted against us or any other travel supplier associated with us.

No judge or jury is needed in the mediation. The court review of mediation awards is also restricted. The damages and relief can however be awarded by a mediator similar to that of a court, and as according to these Terms & Conditions. The mediator in such cases will be done by the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) under its own rules, which also include the CTA Consumer Rules. The passenger has the option to get the mediation done over the phone, based on prior written submissions, or even in person within the state you are residing or at another mutually agreed location. You may confirm the Mediation decision by any court holding competent jurisdiction.
